SAINT PAUL, Minn., Oct 5 (Reuter) - Sled Dogs Co said the Vail, 
Beaver Creek and Arrowhead Mountain resorts in Colorado will open 
their slopes this winter to snow skating, a new sport for which Sled 
Dogs makes equipment. 

    Snow skating is a cross between skating and skiing or 
snowboarding, the company said.
