NEW YORK--(Entertainment Wire)--Nov. 29, 1995--MTV: MUSIC  
TELEVISION brings you the "Ultimate Winter Vacation" when it  
features special programming from the Alps of Aspen, Colo. and  
beaches of Honolulu, Hawaii.    

    Each hour will be filled with the usual insanity, celebrity  guests 
and performances by some of the hottest artists.  MTV's  "Ultimate 
Winter Vacation" will begin airing with a special on  Christmas Day 
and air in its regular time slot starting on Tuesday,  Dec. 26 through 
Friday, Feb. 2 at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT).    

    Vacationing in Aspen are MTV VJs Kennedy, Simon Rex and 
"Singled  Out" co-host Jenny McCarthy.  They will bring you daily 
events from  the slopes which will include performances by the Goo 
Goo Dolls,  Oasis, snowboarding by Seal and much more.    

    In Honolulu, Daisy Fuentes, Bill Bellamy and "SandBlast" co-host  
Peter King bring to you everything the beach and sun have to offer  
which will include appearances by LL Cool J, Don Hoe and Blues  
Traveler, John Popper.  

The following are highlights to look for:  

Super Bowl Sunday Tail Gate Party -- before the big game starts,  
party with MTV VJ's in Aspen and Hawaii as they await the kick off.  

Swimsuit Edition -- Jenny McCarthy will take a look at the best swim  
suit fashions for 96' when she hosts MTV's "Swimsuit Edition."  

Snow Boarder Fest -- catch some of the best snow boarders in the  
country as they take over the slopes of Aspen for a day showing us  
why snow boarding has quickly become the hottest new winter 
sport.  

World Cup Surfing -- two of the biggest World Cup surfing events  
will be held on the beaches of Honolulu, Hawaii.  MTV will capture  
every moment as the best in the surfing world show us their stuff.
